How it works
- Introduce us. Share our name, or send a quick email introducing the person to info@metarithmika.ca. You can also use the referral form on this page.
- They get a welcome offer. Your referral receives $100 off their first month of service.
- You get rewarded. Once your referral has paid their second monthly invoice, you receive a $150 reward — your choice of a service credit, a gift card, or a donation to a registered Canadian charity of your choice.

Make 3 successful referrals in a calendar year and we'll add a bonus credit equal to one month of our Standard Plan ($250).
Who can refer
Anyone: clients, friends, and professionals who work with small businesses and non-profits — lawyers, financial advisors, insurance brokers, payroll providers and others. There's no limit on referrals.
For professionals: if your professional rules limit referral fees, you can choose the charity donation instead, or simply join our reciprocal referral network with no fee. We disclose any referral reward to the client if asked.
Program rules
- The referred business or organization must be new to Metarithmika and sign up for a monthly service plan.
- Rewards are issued within 30 days after the referral's second monthly invoice is paid.
- Promotions don't stack: a referred client chooses one offer — the $100 welcome credit or another promotion they qualify for (for example, the non-profit offer of 20% off the first 3 months). Either way, the person who referred them still earns their reward.
- Service credits apply to future Metarithmika invoices and have no cash value.
- Self-referrals and referrals of related businesses don't qualify.
- We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; rewards already earned will be honoured.
Respecting your contacts' privacy
Before you send us a referral, please make sure the person expects to hear from us. By sending a referral, you confirm they know you're sharing their name and contact details with us. We use referral details only to contact the person once, mention your name and track your reward, and we follow up only if they ask us to, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Anyone can ask us not to contact them, and we won't.
