Your peace of mind, our promise. Three commitments we make to every client — with clear, fair conditions.
1. Accuracy Assurance
We prepare your books, reports and filings carefully and on schedule. If we make an error, we correct it promptly at no additional cost to you.
Conditions: covers errors directly attributable to Metarithmika's work. It does not cover errors caused by incomplete, late or inaccurate information provided to us, and it does not include reimbursement of government penalties or interest. Please tell us about any discrepancy within 30 days of receiving the report or filing.
2. Flexible Engagement
No long-term contracts. You can change or cancel your monthly plan at any time.
Conditions: give us written notice at least 10 days before your next billing cycle. Services already completed or in progress are billed. Plans prepaid annually at a discount follow the terms of that offer.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied in your first 30 days as a new client, tell us and we will work with you to fix it. If we cannot meet your expectations, you may cancel and we will refund your first month's service fee.
Conditions: applies to new clients only and must be requested within the first 30 days of service. The refund covers the first month's plan fee only; it does not cover separately quoted projects (such as catch-up bookkeeping), third-party costs or government fees.
